Shiitake

A rich and deeply flavored soup with shiitake mushrooms, fresh herbs and wild rice. Parve or Dairy, 3 - 4 servings per liter, 45 NIS

Shiitake mushrooms are super rich in vitamins, minerals, protein and all essential amino acids.

Roasted sweet potato bisque

A rich bisque brimming with colors and textures of fire-roasted garlic, green cabbage, parnips and swiss chard. Dairy or Parve. 3-4 servings per liter, 55 NIS

Gazpacho

Chunky bits of fresh vegetables come together in tangy tomato base garnished with chives. Parve, 3 - 4 servings per liter, 40 NIS

Rich in antioxidants, this soup is packed with vitamins B and C, and beta-carotene.

Raita

Chilled soup of yogurt, cucumber, dates, apples and chives. Dairy. 50 NIS per liter.

Spicy vegetarian chili

Flavorful blend of chickpeas, red beans, tomatoes, green peppers, carrots, zucchini and onions topped with cheddar cheese and sour cream/or yogurt. Dairy or Parve. Serves 8 - 10, 120 NIS

Cajun gumbo (vegetarian)

Cajun rue-based tofu and veggie sausage stew served over rice. (Can't tell your missing the real thing!) Parve. Serves 6, 120 NIS.
